Versa not getting notifications

Since updating my Iphone8+ to IOS13.0 today the notifications for my sms and calls aren’t coming through on my Versa. Have checked my settings and notifications are turned on.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor the notifications feature and see if the issue gets fixed.

Hi there,
Tried everything, receiving notifications for calls and messenger, but none
for text messages. Hopefully it will be fixed in the IOS13.1 update.

I read it in one of the post but I can’t remember which one and who it was from. I was trying everything.

@Roblee1 Hello!  I believe iOS13 is affecting notifications on the Versa.  You'll likely just need to wait for the next Fitbit update in order to get notifications again.  Sorry for your troubles.
