I just got a Versa and I am not getting text messages on it from my Galaxy S9+. It's not on silent, it is synced. I went to the rectangle on the Fitbit app went to notifications and I don't see anything that says text messages.

Have you setup your Versa to receive notifications? If you haven't, you can take a look at the How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? article and follow the instructions provided. Now, if you have set the notifications but you aren't receiving them, follow the steps in the My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone​ page.

Hi, Im not gerting any sms or whatsapp notifications in my versa. I have followed the steps provided in different forums but I cant seem to find the tab app notifications in the fitbit app?? What to do...

I am also having trouble connecting the Versa to my text messages on the i-phone. I followed directions, but there is no Apps Notification anywhere. Can someone please advise. This is one of the reasons I chose the Versa.
