Just got my Fitbit Versa about 3 weeks ago and love it however just today it has stopped giving me my hourly credit for reaching my 250 steps. It gave me credit for 250 at my 9am and nothing since even though I had nearly 1500 steps by 2pm it still only gave me credit for the 250 the first hour and nothing since. It is still tracking total steps. I have rebooted my versa and phone but still not recording hourly steps 😞 TIA for any help!

Hey @Treehoo, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community and thanks for trying a couple of tips prior posting. If your Versa still not giving you credit for your 250 steps, then I suggest another tip. Go to your Fitbit account and edit them, save the changes and sync your Versa.

Hello @MarideeB I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community.
I appreciate you have joined the conversation and posted your question. In order to edit your Hourly Activity, go to the Fitbit app and tap on Account > Versa > Reminders to Move.
In here, you can enable them or disable them, select the Start and End time and select the days in which you would like to receive these notifications.
Give these steps a try and let us know if there's anything else we can do for you.
