I have an iPhone XR and I was getting notifications through fine but they’ve stopped over night. I’ve tried forgetting the device and pairing again, restarting my Fitbit and shutting it down. Everything else is working fine. Does anyone have any ideas please? Thanks

I’m having the same problem the last couple days. Have tried turning both the Fitbit and the phone on and off. Unpaired the Bluetooth, and still nothing😩 I have the iPhone XS

I can’t get notifications either. It seems since I downloaded the bitmoji clock face.

Hi, I had changed the settings on my phone so messages wouldn’t show in the notification centre. It seems that this needs to be switched on for them to come through to your watch. Hope this helps.
