I just received my Fitbit Versa TODAY I had it fully charged and set up by 5pm at 5:15 it synced and showed full battery on screen and app, at 9pm I went to see what time it was and it was fully dead. I put it on the charger and it literally registered at 0% charged, I’ve had the device for less than a day and somethings already wrong. I “upgraded” from the charge two and so far I’m wanting to go back. Any help on this? Less than 4 hours and completely dead.

Hi @charlotte.70777 That is not good! Did you buy it from the Fitbit online store?
Try restarting it several times and see ifbthat improves things. If not come back here for further help

Yea read those answers and tried that and at 1130 it was fully charged and ready to go and now at 550 it’s dead again. I did buy it online.
