Versa not keeping time

My Versa is about three months old and a few days ago I noticed the time wasn't correct.  So I followed the suggestions and it did correct the time.  A few hours later it was off again.  I deleted the device from my phone and reinstalled it.  At 10pm yesterday it was correct.  At 630am it was off by 45 minutes.  I've tried changing the time zone and then went back to my time zone.  I've tried changing to military time.  Nothing. Now my steps aren't updating.  I had the Charge 2 and loved it - never any issues

Hi @AddyT , are you using a Third Party Clock Face? If yes, change it to one developed by Fitbit and restart your Versa. If no, restart your Versa three times (internal reset). regards kuzibri

I went back to the Fitbit clock face and everything was fine. When I got up this morning it was an hour and a half off again.  Now I can’t even get it to sync with my phone. I got and iPhone update at the same time as the Fitbit update so I don’t know which one is the problem. Thank you so much for trying to help

Hi @AddyT , no thanks necessary,  that's why I'm around to try and help. Asked a Moderator to jump in and see if he/she can be of help for you. It's very strange that after switching to a Fitbit face it was good in the beginning and now it's the same. I'm out of options, regards kuzibri

Good Morning Lilly.

I did all those steps and I let it die completely yesterday.  I put it on the charger and when I woke up this morning it had the correct time.  It was syncing with my phone and everything was good.  Now two hours later the time is wrong again and it won't sync.  It tracking all my steps and all so I just don't know what else to do.

Thanks for your help.
