I loved ny versa until l got  a SamsungS20. Now it won't sync and won't track sleep.  Now it is running fifteen minutes low! The chat help has disappeared from the website and I  was cut off when I followed Juan's instructions.

Mine is 39 minutes behind. I showed up late to a job interview because I was looking at my watch and didn’t realize it was behind until I got in my car
