Let me ask you something, is it your Versa tracking everything else like the duration, heart rate, calories, etc.? Could you please post a screenshot where I can see your bike ride tracked?

I'd like you to take a look at the requirements and troubleshooting in this help article to improve the GPS experience with your Fitbit Versa. Give it a try and let me know how it goes.

"Note that Versa uses your step count to calculate distance until it finds a GPS signal. In this scenario, your total distance calculated for the workout may be slightly less accurate than if GPS data were available for the entire duration."
I'm walking the same route everyday and the mileage is not "slightly less", i'ts practically a mile less. Plus, if it is using your steps taken while GPS is not connected and I'm taking the same route, the distance should still be closer than it is and consistent. But it's not.
