I have now had 2 Versas. In all honesty, I really liked the watch. However, both stopped working at or a little after 1 year, coincidentally right at the expiration of the 1 year warranty. I have heard from several Versa owners, but I was wondering if any of you had the same problem.

My Versa 2 went dead and would not charge. Cleaned contacts etc but to no avail. I thought it was dead. Read on the forum about doing a reset ((Pressing button on left and the lower on bottom right at same trime). To my surprise the logo appeared so I immediately put it on the charger and it is now working. Did you try to do the reset?
