@SunsetRunner does your versa sync without issues? All stats like steps, calories, active minutes get transferred to Fitbit mobile app? Have you tried enabling Always connected and Keep Alive widget in the settings of Fitbit mobile app? Also, what's your phone model, operating system and Fitbit OS and Fitbit mobile app versions?

Best Answer@SunsetRunner try turning always connected option and keep alive widget on. It's different from all day sync. Also, is your phone in DND mode by any chance? The option of last resort would be a factory reset of versa.

Best AnswerIf you performed a factory reset, your Versa has been removed from the app and needs to be setup to your account . Not sure why a factory reset was done
@Rich_Laue I believe @SunsetRunner had checked that Versa notifications are indeed on and decided to go with a factory reset route as a last resort. @SunsetRunner please set up your versa again and report back. Hopefully all will be back to normal. 😊
Best AnswerHave check the notifications in the quick settings by holding in the left button? And the notifications in the settings app? I would make sure they are on for exercise, sleep, and while locked .
If your saying that onohentye Versa notifications are turned on thenl @BeRad we can assume the phone is not sending noticifications.
Does your phone give notifications while it is locked?
It also would be helpful l to know the phone type.
Have you checked the hellp docs?
