Versa not pairing on bluetooth or wifi

My Versa 2 will not pair with my Bluetooth on my phone nor does it pair with Wi-Fi at home - have tried everything switching everything on/off - phone, Bluetooth, versa2, Wi-Fi router - have now put Versa back to factory settings and it’s stuck on that as I can’t add the device onto the phone as the Bluetooth won’t pick it up
