After updating my S9 to Android 9 earlier this week, i stopped receiving notifications on my Versa. I have followed troubleshooting guides and still not able to get notifications.

Thanks for the reply. I had verified all my settings and then made sure that notifications were turned on and I still was not getting notifications. I restarted my watch and then started getting them again..

Hi, I assume that you have checked all your wanted notifications to be enabled in your Fitbit app on your phone. When this is correct, check on your Versa if they are still enabled: Settings - Notifications. When they are enabled, press the left button of your Versa for about 2 to 3 secs and you will see the activity screen. Check also there if notifications are enabled. I also use Android 9 with no problems.
