I have not received notifications from my Android device. I have looked at the different threads on here and believe I have tried almost everything.
I made sure all my notifications are turned on, I changed my default messages from Message+ to the factory default Messages app from Android (unfortunately) and then made sure Preview Message was on. My phone is next to my watch and Bluetooth is on. I have restarted my phone, I have yet to receive a phone call, email or text to my Versa. Any other solutions? I have had it for over a week. Am I still able to return the watch? I am very frustrated.

I appreciate the efforts in trying to fix the notifications issue you are experiencing. If you haven't tried the instructions provided in the help article My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone, I recommend trying them.
About your returning the watch inquiry, if you purchased your Versa directly from Fitbit.com and you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 45 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund. For more information information check our warranty policy.
