Versa not receiving notifications

I have a Fitbit Versa special edition. For probably about 2 months. All of a sudden stop getting notifications with text and calls and have checked settings and all connections and even deleted app and reloaded. Still nothing. Any suggestions would be helpful:)

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue. If you are having problems receiving notifications, I recommend taking a look at the help article My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and follow the instructions provide there.

Thanks for all the help. I had to go into the app and remove the device and reload. And then was able to start receiving notifications again. Thanks. 🙂
