Versa not receiving notifications

I have an iPhone 7 and when I first setup my Versa I received all notifications then it started to dwindle down to Instagram, maps and my ring app and alarm. Now I don’t get any notifications. I have done the steps said in other threads and nothing works. What can I do?

Hello @Cheputa

Try this procedure:
Go to your phone Settings - Notifications - Fitbit and make sure the following is enabled:
Allow Notifications
Show on Lock Screen
Show in History
Check that your phone is not on "Do Not Disturb" mode.
Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device. Then, go to Account - Versa - and enable Notifications again, a pop up should appear asking you to "Set Up" Notifications and another one asking you to "Pair" the Versa

Thanks for the info but what I did and I don’t know why I didn’t think of it before was to go to settings then “about” and I just turned it off and back on. It works for now
