Versa not receiving notifications

I've only had my Versa for a couple days but I can't seem to set it up for text and email notifications. I think I've done all the steps but ... I have a Galaxy S7 Edge.

Hmm, I have a s7 edge too and I receive text notifications. Not sure on email since I disable that.  Did you check to see if you checked all apps that you want to receive notifications from? Did you give permission to allow Fitbit to have access to your text and email? Not sure what else you can do.

If your Versa isn't receiving notifications, I recommend following the instructions provided in the My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone article.

Now if you are not sure if you have set the notifications up, in the help article How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? are some instructions to follow in order to do so.

I was able to get this resolved through an online chat with tech support.
A few different times of syncing and turning notifications on and off on
the device as well as my phone.

All is good now
