Hello,

 

I just purchased the Versa and was pumped about getting it so I could do quick replies for incoming texts during work and for a HRM. I have the Flex 2 which doesn't have the HRM so I thought the Versa was a perfect fit. I have an LG30+ which is a newer one and doesn't notify me of my notifications 😞

 

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Tempted to take it back and get one not as "fancy" but with the HRM especially since it doesn't sync.

Keep in mind that the compatibility of a phone is very important. If you haven't checked if your phone is compatible, please click here to do so.

 

If a phone isn't compatible, it doesn't mean that it won't work with your Fitbit but you might experiencing some connectivity issues. You can always try the instructions provide in the help article My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone but I don't guarantee it will work 100%.
