Versa not receiving notifications

It's very frustrating that I am not getting any notification in my Fitbit Versa. I spent 20000 rupees on it and had lots of explanation with this device and the features u claimed. Have tried everything.

Thanks for responding ....I m having issues with not getting notifications
in my device versa......I tired of trying everything which I felt suitable
or stupid for current chaos I am going through...

Yes they are on constant contact with me..but solution is not working
