Versa not turning on

Hi,

It's not even one month since I bought Versa and already facing this problem. I usually shut down the watch n keep it for charging. This time also I did the same, but after some time when I tried to turn on, it's not turning ON. I am not sure what's the problem seems to be.

It's really frustrating, we pay so much money and not even used it for one month.

After putting it on the charger for an hour or so, try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

I also have the same problem. My Versa truned off and I did everything to turn it on and I failed! It's just 3 months since I bought it and it is also pretty frustrating. Could it be because of the newest app update? Cause the 3 updates before, the app was disaster and drained my phone battery in a second.

Great to see new faces @Lorsy@Fitindia, welcome and @SunsetRunner thanks for stopping by.

If you are having issues with your Fitbit turning on, as our friend here recommended, try the restart process. You just need to do the following:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

Let me know the outcome. Woman Happy

Here is my update...

I contacted customer support and they helped me through the proces: With a lot of effort I managed to turn my Versa back on, but HR sensor stopped working.

The final result is that my Versa still have a warranty so I'll get a new one.

All praise to customer support!

(I really hope that won't happen again.)
