Hi all,
My Fitbit app runs on a One Plus 6 Android Phone. I remember being asked by Fitbit for my Microsoft sign on and after that it was terrific in all the above respects. Then I tried to reproduce the effect on my Ionic which has never connected to the same services on my Android phone and that failed.
When I resorted to connecting my Versa again, I could not reproduce the effect there either. I would be very grateful if some one could advise me how to proceed. I have spent hours enabling everything that looks relevant on my phone, on its Fitbit app, and on the Versa fruitlessly.

Great to see you around @SunsetRunner.
I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this. If you are having issues with your notifications, I recommend taking a look at the help article My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and follow the instructions provide there.
Let me know the outcome.

Thank you for your reply.
Its remiss of me not to have responded,
In truth I was under the impression that I was only receiving emails and not texts, phone calls, calendar events . I had resolved to re-examine your advice and try again
However having had a good look this evening the facts are that I am not receiving timely calendar reminders but the rest are ok.
I was even thinking of buying and Apple for Samsung watch. The whole process with fitbit is too hit and miss and much too hard work
