Versa not receiving notifications

Unfortunately there is no notifications from Facebook messenger,while ringing, only after missing a call.

Unfortunately, your phone is not in the list of supported devices. While it may sync, not all features may work.

When a phone isn't compatible, it doesn't mean that it won't work with your watch but you might experiencing some connectivity issues. You can always try the instructions provide in the help article My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone but I don't guarantee it will work 100%.
