Versa not receiving notifications

I have an Android 8+ and I have never received any calls to my versa. All notifications are on, WiFi set, Bluetooth on. I also can not get my watch to vibrate alerting me there is a text message.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this and would like to know if you keep having notifications problems? If so, I recommend taking a look at the help article My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and follow the instructions provide there.

I have checked all notifications and they are all on. Still don't receive
calls. Nor can I get it to vibrate when receiving texts.

Hey there! I am new to Fitbit and have been using it for a month now. Ever since I've installed the application, there seems to be a problem with sending out notifications to my tracker. I use a Redmi Note 4 phone coupled with Fitbit Versa. I have very rarely received notifications on my tracker, even after having the notification feature turned on. The application keeps telling me to restart the phone, which I have done repeatedly until now, yet the problem persists. I have gone through all your troubleshooting steps in the website, including restarting my tracker. I have done everything that is available on the net to rectify the problem but to no avail. As a last resort, I have come here to seek help regarding the same. Please make the notifications work as I absolutely love the product and its features.

Oh and, I tried searching for Redmi Note 4 and it's compatibility with fitbit trackers. I believe you guys are yet to add the device to the list and hence the problem. Is there any solution at all, apart from changing the phone?
