Versa not receiving notifications

Notifications in the app no longer appear since June 16 this year. Is there an issue? I still get messages, but no notifications.

@ReisD What phone are you using?  Have a look at THIS Help Article on Troubleshooting Notifications and see ifbthere is anything there that helps.

Hello,

Thank you for the warm welcome! Yes, I am still having issues. I’ve done everything in the link provided. Still not working.

I had a Fitbit Alta at the time this stopped working. I got the Versa at the end of June & still hasn’t worked.
