Versa pairing issues

I've synced my phone and Fitbit. But when I go to set up my Fitbit says I'm not able to use any of the clocks so I can get my Fitbit set up. I've been trying since Tues. And even went and got a different Fitbit. What am I needing to do?

Is the device you are trying to sync to a supported device?

I believe so. But not sure. My phone tracks everything while I'm wearing
the fitbit. But I can't set up the fit bit.

I'm not sure I'm understanding the issue then. If you were able to set up the Fitbit in the first place and sync it, there should be no need to set it up again. Are you using a clock face made by Fitbit?

I'm trying to. The fit bit will not do anything other than show the fit bit
symbol it starts with. When I look at my phone it shows me the amount of
steps I'm taking and info like that from the fit bit. But I'm not able to
do anything with the fit bit but wear it. Very frustrating!

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue and would like to know if you keep having pairing problems? If so, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provide there.
