Versa not receiving notifications

Hi, I have recently bought a fitbit versa. I am able to sync the fitbit to my phone so I can load my data on to the app, however I can't get my fitbit to show notifications from my phone. I have tried restarting my phone and fitbit, resetting the settings and turning notifications on and off several times but this has all been to no avail.

 

Any help on how I can rectify this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, which Firmware are you using, the old one or the newest?

Hi, the firmware version has been updated and is now 32.33.1.30

Hi, this phone is supported by Fitbit. What you can try to do are two things:

1. Reboot your Versa twice by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill the Fitbit logo appears and release the buttons, if that does not work

2, Go to your mobile device and deinstall the Fitbit app and restart your phone.

3. After that reinstall the Fitbit app, switch on BT and sync it with your Versa and see if this works now.

Hi, sorry for the slow reply, been away. I have tried all of these steps and have still had no luck. I am able to sync the fitbit and control music from it but notifications are still not coming through.
