anyone else having issues with Versa not receiving text messages?

Or would you rather know how to get it working again? 

Have you checked RT Versa to see if notifications are on? Hold on the left button to get to the setting. 

If we knew the phone this may help us. 

How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

yes i have checked all the settings.

and i also did all the suggested troubleshooting from the website.
