I have a new Fitbit that worked fine till the recent update a few weeks ago then I stopped receiving text notifications. I cleared my Versa Fitbit and the app on my Android 7 and essentially restarted from the beginning. After installing the app again and reconnecting the Fitbit still don not receive text notifications. Any idea why? I have turned on all the notifications etc. and still nothing.

I just bought the versa2 as well and did everything I.could after it quit receiving text notifications. I'm very disappointed as the watch was expensive and regret buying it.

When is a fix expected? Part of the appeal of the Versa 2 was text notifications and the ability to respond? If no fix is in the near future, what sort of compensation is available to those of who have purchased the Versa 2? Like everyone else, both my husband's and my notifications worked just fine for about 2 weeks, then quit. I only intermittently get email and phone notifications, and no longer get text notifications. I even tried doing a factory reset - nothing.
