I bought the watch in October and it was working fine up until 10 days ago from first recollection. I have tried everything in the troubleshooting articles twice and did a live chat with someone. I have restarted my phone more times than I can count. It seems to work and I will get a text that I send from one of my kids phones when it is restarted. That is it. I won't get any more text messages after that. I am starting to wonder why I paid for a smart watch that isn't smart. I have an android phone. My husband has an ionic and it is working fine.

@Loren72, thank you for participating in our Fitbit forums. By the way, I'm sorry for the late response. I'm also sorry to hear that your Versa is not receiving text notifications. I appreciate the time spent tryng the recommended troubleshooting steps.
Our team is actively working on a fix to this issue and we expect to have a solution released soon. Once the fix is available, we'll make sure to post it in the Community.
