I’ll wake up at 6:30 and get my sleep score and then an hour later it will change and say I got up at 7:30? I’m pretty sure I’m awake and aside from shaking my arm and running around the house I’m not sure how to convince Fitbit I’m awake?

Hi @Timethief - have you tried setting the Sleep sensitivity to sensitive in your account profile on the web Fitbit.com?
Also after sync do a Shutdown from the watch Settings menu. Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart it and charge it.

Thanks. I’ve changed the sleep sensitivity and will give that a try.
