Versa not registering active minutes

Had my Versa since Christmas and last two days it isn’t registering my active minutes. Can anyone tell me how to fix this please.

Hi, try restarting your Versa several times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. Hope this solves your problem.
