Sync App with Watch and PC - steps

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My watch will track the number of steps and tell the number of hours with 250 steps. The iPhone app and the dashboard when logging into my PC always say 0 hours of steps.

Watch is connected via Bluetooth because other key stats are updated normally?

Any ideas - TIA

It sounds like it just has not sync'ed to update hours with 250+ steps.

Some stats such as steps, calories, distance, floors, heart rate, but not hours with 250+ steps, can be tracked in real time via bluetooth without having synced.  Other stats, such as hours with 250+, steps require full sync to FItbit computers to get updated.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
