Versa not registering heart rate

My heart rate monitor quit tracking. Cannot get green lights to come back on. Called Fitbit and unable to resolve. Told to take a deeper step.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If you are having issues with your heart rate information, I recommend checking this post. There you will be able to see some things that might be affecting this reading and some tips to improve it. You can also try to restart your watch.
