Hi! I got my Versa today as a Christmas present and I couldn't be more disapponted. It came half charged and I almost emptied it in attempting to connect it to my phone just to be asked to update the firmware. When placed on the charger, it doesn't charge, it shows the battery icon moving, but nothing even after a few hours. I have already read all posts about and tried all suggested solutions. I have also sent a request to the costumer service and open a ticket.
If it wasn't the Christmas present of my wife, it would be already on its way back (return no exchange).
Did I say already I couldn't be more disappointed? Ah yes... but it is good to remind it.

@toto76 Welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Sorry to hear that your Versa isn't charging. What did support tell you? Have they been able to help you? Even though it is a new device try cleaning the contacts including using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this restart your device and see how it behaves.
