Versa not responding

My Fitbit Versa died in the middle of the night, it had previously been fine. It had like 50% battery life left, i attempted to charge it but nothing happened.

I attempted a reset pushing the buttons, I attempted a factory reset pushing all buttons. Nothing is working.

Is it dead?

Only thing I did different this weekend was get in a hot tub. But I was in it earlier in the day and it was fine.

 

Is it fixable? I’m lost without my Fitbit
