Versa not showing correct time format

Downloaded the cat clock app, however it currently says 04.50 instead of 16.50 despite my Fitbit app being set for 24 hr clock. Anyone got any ideas?

Have you checked if this issue persists with another clock face? If you haven't, I recommend changing your clock face and verify this. Also, double check that your time format is correct by doing the following from a computer:

 

  1. Log into your fitbit.com dashboard and click the gear icon.
  2. Choose Settings > Personal Info.
  3. Under Advanced Settings, find Clock Display Time and select whether you want the time shown in 12-hour or 24-hour clock units. 
  4. Click Submit and sync your device.

Tried that and still won't change

Me too. Ive tried everything .The 24h format does not exist under settings
