Hi, my versa has stopped showing the sleep data, but it shows up on my phone app, just not my versa, any ideas? Please.
I’ve restarted my versa a couple of times & still the same.
Also the Agenda app does not sync with my phone, it’s all set up on the app on my phone, it just doesn’t sync?

For sleep to show on the tracker several things have to happen.
First the sleep tile needs to be enabled, if it is not.
After you wake up, the needs to sync.
Then the sleep is calculated and should display in e app and web.
At the same time the tracker needs to sync once more to receive the sleep data.
Now if the server is a little busy or slow, the sleep data may not have been available for this sync..
Simply force another sync.
