Versa not sowing correct time after syncing.

So I have been sent my second versa tracker and it is already not working (after only 2 weeks) the device keeps resetting randomly when inactive (buzzes and logo comes up then the watch doesn't work upwards of 5 mins) now the clock is over an hour slow and when syncing with the app, the steps update but not the clock. Anyone else had these issues?

Hello @Miss-Chloe, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Tell me, have you tried to restart your Versa yourself by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen? If you have and after syncing the time does not sync correctly on your phone please try to perform a factory reset on it. Note that the factory reset will delete the information in your watch that has not been synced yet.

Now, to perform a factory reset go to the Settings app in your watch then tap on About > Factory Reset. Then, you will have to set up the Versa as a new device for the process to be complete.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let us know the outcome.
