Versa won't turn on

Please help! My Versa has died. I’ve only had it since June. It’s fully charged and lights up when in the charging dock. But when I take it out it’s completely dead. It won’t do the reset! I’ve tried several times. What do I do? I feel lost without it.

I have had my versa since Christmas and I am having the same problem it just won't turn on , I have tried the reset and still nothing
