I’ve had my Versa two weeks now and I’m having to charge it daily. I’ll charge it with a wall outlet and then before the day is half over it’s at 42% or less. Put it on the charger last night and allowed it to fully charge and now it’s showing 42% again.

Try to reboot your Versa twice by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill Fitbit logo appears an release the buttons. If that does not solve the problem contact Customer Support.
