Hi everyone,
I sometimes forget to sync my Versa, but I know it stores the last 7 days of data. However, I noticed that when I sync, I lose the last 7 days and it only records the current day. Is anyone else having issues with this? How do I resolve this?
Thank you!

Great to see you around @sandralenore.
It's weird to hear that your Versa isn't storing your information. Please make sure you are syncing properly by following the instructions provide in the help article How do Fitbit devices sync their data?. Also, if you can provide me with some screenshots would be great.
Hope to hear from you soon. ![]()

Hi there,
When you say it doesn't store your past 7 data, do you mean the historical log of the hours you were active? Because I noticed the same bug with me at times. I know I logged more than a certain number of active hours each day, but if I look at my historical stats, the past 7 days would show 0 of 12 active hours. But scrolling past that the data would be fine.

Here's my screen shot. It didn't save any data whatsoever, but I wore it this day and even reached 10k steps. This wasn't the only day I am missing data... I am missing the last 4 days of data!

Hi again!
How often do you sync your Fitbit? Did you run any troubleshooting steps (ie. uninstalling your Fitbit app, unpairing your device to your account, factory resetting your Fitbit device, etc?)

I'm having the same issue!
I have tried all the step.. reinstalling the app, restarting both my phone and versa but it's erased over 2 weeks of data. And I wear mine every day so there is always over 8000 steps. The only time I take it of is to charge it.

Same has been happening to me since Sep 8: I have no data recorded since then and I never take my Versa off. During the day it will temporarily sync my steps but that's all and it keeps losing that. It's trying to sync but doesn't quite manage it. Have tried trouble shooting, eg. uninstalling app, turning bluetooth off etc. but nothing helps. I dont want to lose the data if I can help it.
It's really frustrating. I'd seen other people saying they were having similar problems and that Fitbit were looking into it, so I waited for the latest Update thinking it would be sorted...but it's not

Hi @SaraNZ -- try restarting your Versa.
If that doesn't work here is the general troubleshooting list for syncing issues.
Hope that helps.
