Versa not synching completely

 don't  know if this is related to the update...or Google.  I logged in with Google instead of Fitbit as it defaulted to that....now I notice that it is not synching entirely....my steps are never accurate. Yesterday I had 15,000+ on my watch, it only showed 9000 on both my computer and phone (and my Carb manager app)  The watch was accurate !  Now even tho I see that it says it is synching ....my Agenda app and Weather app do not work at all, they both state I need to synch with my mobil device, which I have done.  I have rebooted my router and my phone. Shut off and turned on my watch. I haven't uninstalled the apps yet as I haven't figured that out yet...but should I have to do that?  I was planning on upgrading to a new watch (Fitbit) but at this point, I would not dare !I
