Versa not syncing and losing time

My Versa apparently stopped syncing a week ago! Time is off by 2-3 minutes! I’ve tried everything!!! Help!!!

Ever since they did the update it does not want to sync correctly 😡

I finally got it to sync and it now has the right time. Not even sure what I did!! I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. I restarted my Versa and my phone. Lol!

How’d you get the update? I spoke with the Customer support people and they said it was already updated but it’s still not letting me use the features 😞 might just factory reset my watch and see what happens 🤣💀
