Hi I can't get my Versa to sync either. Last Sync 15th Sept. Help.

@Spud32 Welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Sorry to hear that your Versa isn't syncing and about the missing data on your account. These two issues are related since you can't sync your Versa this information hasn't been uploaded to your account. To sync try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. Once it sync you should see your data on your account.
