Hi
My fitbit will not link with the app I have tried many times, i have reset my phone, uninstalled the app and installed again, and reset bluetooth nothing is working. Also the app is saying the battery is empty but my fitbit is fully charged
Please help

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, monitor your Versa and see if the issue gets fixed.
Regarding the battery level that your app shows, is the level that your watch had the last time that it synced with your phone.
As a side note, I'd like to know what is the brand and model of your phone.
