£199.00 and I'm having more problems with my versa than any other Fitbit product that I've owned and loved ..... It has problems syncing to any device that I have app installed on it randomly switches itself off and when it decides to sync it only records half a job so I'll get steps but no sleep pattern,. I've tried to reset to factory setting it then took a day to re start .... Frustrated is an understatement 😤 x

Hello @Dalrichards, always is great to have new faces in the Fitbit Community. I'm sorry for the late response and I was reading your are having different troubles with the Fitbit Versa. I can understand how you feel with this situation.

You did good in trying the troubleshooting steps on your own, so in this case just as a matter of review I would like to share this help article with you: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

However make sure the devices you are using are listed as compatible. With models that are not being confirmed compatibility it is possible to experience this misbehaviors, since the app is not optimized for these devices. The full list of compatible devices with confirmed compatibility can be found at fitbit.com/devices.

Also having different devices with the app, may interfere with the syncing, so make sure you are syncing with only one device at the time and the others are not around.

Now about the Versa is switching off on its own, I'm wondering if you are using Fitbit Pay? With Fitbit Pay is require to enter a PIN in order to unlock your watch, however if the tracker does not detect any motion it may lock its functions until the PIN is enter again. If this is the reason, perhaps this article will give you more details: How do I use the device lock on my Fitbit watch?

See you around and keep me posted how it goes.
