From about 6pm last night my Versa stopped syncing and watch is running about half an hour late. This is my 3rd Versa in the last 15 months due to last two just stopping working and having to be replaced. I am getting slightly fed up with with Fitbit, if the Versa isn't made / set up properly to work for an extended period of time they should withdraw it!

I have the same problem. Oddly, it sorts itself out when I go to work but seems not to work over wifi at home. I have tried everything...

I've been having the same problem for about a month and customer service can't help. I'm completely fed up with fitbit and the versa. Thinking about ditching it and getting a garmin.

Well would you look at that, I came to the community to search for this issue as it's different than the other issues I've been having with the versa and voila, I didn't even have to search.
So once again the versa isn't syncing and now the time is about half an hour behind. Oh, and Fitbit won't do anything because my device is not listed on the comparability list. Even when trying to play music and after 5 minutes the watch restarts. By itself. No phone around. The watches could be great but your products are only as good as your customer service and Fitbits lack of support for their failing devices speaks volumes.
