Hello,
I've been having an array of issues with my versa that have turned into a spiral of doom. Here's everything in chronological order:
- my Versa hadn't synched since last Sunday, despite it always being near my phone and all-day synch being enabled.
- since yesterday I have been trying to synch up all the data - to no avail, nothing gets synched regardless how long I keep it going.
- I noticed today that the update is available, so I thought maybe that's the issue - so I tried to run an update. Several times, both via WiFi and Bluetooth, kept it running for several hours and got nowhere.
- I tried unpairing the Versa in the app and on my phone to re-pair it.. Now I'm stuck on the screen where I enter the 4 digit code that the versa gives me for pairing.
- I really don't want to do a factory reset before having synched almost a week worth of data to my phone. What can I do??

Ohh no! Have you tried restarting the Versa? If not do it several times and see if it connects then. What phone are you trying to connect? Also try removing ALL other bluetooth devices from your phones bluetooth paired list, turn off bluetooth and restart the phone. Turn bluetooth back on and move all bluetooth devices out of bluetooth range from your phone and tracker so there is no competition to the phone finding the tracker.

I've already done all the usual turning off, unsynching, removing stuff from Bluetooth, and so on. I used to have problems with my Blaze too (connected to synching and updating) but I figured that by now Fitbit would have gotten their software in order...
