For the last month my Versa has not been syncing correctly. It does not sync steps/hour, sleep, or active minutes. I have updated the app on my phone (iphone 8), deleted and reinstalled the app, restarted my Versa, and turned off/on bluetooth. This is very frustrating and I'd like to fix it ASAP!

Hi, @Prinnie , sometimes all the stats di not sync at once. For example, sometimes steos will sync before, for example, active minutes or sleep.
If you scroll back through days, do you find that all your stats have synced, even though they didn't seem to at first?
