Versa not syncing to Strava

Hi,

 

Just tried the interval training on my Versa and enabled GPS to ensure it syncs with Strava. Unfortunately, it did not sync my 30 minutes interval run with Strava. Do I have to do anything specific when I select interval training to ensure it syncs with Strava?  My runs and bike rides sync to Strava no problem.

It's great to see you here @DVD1968.

If your Versa isn't syncing with your Strava account, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there.

I also had issues with Strava syncing.  I deleted Strava, readded Strave, reconnected with Fitbit, double checked everything and it is now working for me. Good luck!

I tried both deleting the cache and data in Strava and deleting the Strava app and reinstalling, reconnecting to Fitbit and still didn't work. Only Runs and Bike Rides are syncing to Strava.

Unless there is something specific to the Samsung S7 I'm missing, I'll start Strava AND my Versa Interval workouts simultaneously.  Just wish I didn't have to.
