Hi
Do i need to sync manaully everytime by pressing the sync in the APP.Also its not showing any alert and frequently drop the connection with the app
Please advise

Hey @SreeMS, welcome to the Community! This phone model, the Moto Z isn't on the list of compatible devices so that is the main reason why your Versa keeps like disconnecting itself from the Fitbit app. In order to fix this, you can try the tips on the following help article: Why won't my device sync? Just keep in mind that if the syncing issues persist, is because our team still testing on this phone model, however, you can also try to sync your Versa with either another compatible device or a computer.

I am considering bying a Fitbit versa special edition tot work with my moto z play. I don't mind to sync it manually, but I do need to be sure that it will sync that way. Any garantees?

Hey @GuusP, I hope you are doin' fine! Well, I've mentioned, I can't guarantee that this phone model, the Moto Z Play will perfectly work with your Versa like it does for some users, just like @SreeMS mentioned, since it hasn't been officially released as a compatible device and if it connects with your Charge HR, it could do the same with your Versa but I'm not sure if all the features will work as expected 'cause I guess our team still testing on this phone.

I received mine yesterday, update untill now IT is syncing and working very good!
No problems at all.
